About the event

Feast Night - Red Mullet | Apricot Tart

Feast nights are about getting friends together and sharing one dish and sides. This time it's pan-roasted fillet of red mullet fillet (or vegetarian substitute, halloumi) served on candied fennel, courgette and gruyere baked custard, provencale vegetable roulade, basil oil split beurre blanc.

Apricot & Almond Tart - Sweet shortcrust, creme patissiere, apricots, toasted almonds, served with a dollop of creme fraiche.

Book in by emailing to order and make payment. On the night, feel free to come up to brewery for drink ahead of time. Everyone will take their seats at 7pm and food will be served from 7.15pm.
